This year’s Conference & Trade Fair promises to be a great experience for Vendors and Agents. The theme is Racing to Profit. We want Vendors and Agents to profit from this year’s lineup which includes CE classes, Industry meeting, scrumptious food and exciting volley ball.
What do Vendors Want?
More Agency Owners and Agents! To accomplish this FREE entrance to the trade fair, that is right SA is giving all Agents and CSR’s free access to the trade Fair on Saturday. The Agents and CSR’s will only be responsible for their meal tickets at all of the events. This gives the companies more access to more people.

Affordable CE Classes
SA gives FREE CE classes to anyone that registers for the convention package. The charge for Citizen’s class (no CE credits) is $30.00, just to cover SA’s cost for this class.

Affordable Registration and Booths
The exhibit space will be limited inside the main exhibit hall. Therefore, it is of paramount importance that you register early to assure a location. Submit payment with Registration Contract.

Single Booth Only - $1,195.00
Double Booth Only - $1,995.00
Single Booth including 3 tickets for the Friday Welcome Reception, 3 tickets to the Saturday Lunch, 3 tickets to the Saturday Beach Party - $1,550.00
Double Booth including 4 tickets for the Friday Welcome Reception, 4 tickets to the Saturday Lunch, 4 tickets to the Saturday Beach Party - $2,350.00
All Booths will be 10 feet by 8 feet. Each Exhibitors booth rental will include pipe, color drapes and one (1) six-foot draped table, two chairs and one exhibitor identification sign. Booth decorations are being handled by Brede Exposition Service. Brede’s Phone number 407-851-0261.
All requests for exhibit space should be made on the enclosed Registration Contract. It is understood that booths will be assigned based on receipt of the contract and payment of the booth fees. Be sure to indicate first, second and third choice on Exhibit Booth location on the contract.
Set-Up and Removal
Exhibitors may begin setting up their booths on Friday May 18th from 1 pm – 5 pm. The show will be closed at 4 pm. On Saturday May 19th.
